Hola y gracias! Welcome to another round of updates, starring me. Today, I’ll be covering what I did and what happened during May. Let’s get started.
New Ever Better Challenge
I’ll never seem to give up on this. Yes, I started a new challenge on something you might not expect. That was to learn Spanish, but only the vocabulary words. It ended up being not as successful as I thought it would be, but it’s an attempt to stick to my rules for it.
Short Story Progress
While editing Clouds in the Sky, I couldn’t help but see that the draft didn’t match my evolved writing voice, so I decided to make another draft. But, just yesterday, I realized that the draft I started on as well as the short prewrite was gone thanks to my stupid computer’s lagging problem. Scrivener just didn’t do it for me.
Even though I’m taking steps to not let this kind of problem from happening again, I seek you guys’ help to see what happened between my computer and Scrivener, which was why I started a new topic on Scrivener’s forums. Please visit it.
Novel Progress
It is going very well, even though I don’t meet my word count goals from time to time, which was why I had an idea of reevaluating what kinds of goals I should be making. Sometimes, I suffer from tiny instances of writer’s block, but I’d know to keep on writing. I’ll update you guys on what I did.
This Tiny Special Event
The 24th was a special day for me. I don’t really know why I should include this if you guys won’t know about it other than the fact that it was a special event, but it counts as a little fun.
New Blog Post & Social Media
I wrote a new blog post that’ll come on next Friday about a thing I do every night before I go to bed and the process I follow. I hope you’ll get anticipated for it as I’m anticipated for the possible responses I’ll get.
